Eco packaging

Reducing the production and use of plastic is currently one of the key challenges for the world, which is why we have set ourselves the goal of reducing the use of this raw material as much as possible. We make every effort to ensure that every product reaches our customers in perfect condition. Therefore, it must be and is always properly packed. It could be said that we use as much packaging as we manufacture ceramic products or kitchen and bathroom fittings

The brand new packaging standard we introduced in 2020 not only involves the use of environmentally friendly materials but also requires them to be made in such a way as to increase the safety of the shipment. What's more, we have reduced the amount of plastic and its derivatives in the filling and stiffening elements of the box interiors as much as possible. For us, this is an important and big step in consistently following PROECO philosophy.

Natural and long-lasting materials

One of our ideas for applying pro-ecological solutions is using raw materials provided by nature. We believe that natural 'patents' constitute the most complete and harmonious inspiration. Examples include granite products such as kitchen sinks or washbasins, ceramics originating from natural clay, as well as tops for bathroom consoles or, dedicated to them, stone shelves. The use of raw materials provided by nature is an expression of the highest respect for our planet.

The Zero Waste principle can - and should - be used as a guiding factor in the overall selection of household equipment. A perfect illustration of this is steel bathroom accessories from the Mokko series, which are made of a resistant, long-lasting, and reliable material that can, for example, be repainted after many years of use, giving the accessories a second life in a different finish.

Do not waste water

We have no doubts that the ecological revolution should be started with ourselves and the elimination of harmful habits. We can save up to 11 litres of water every time we turn off the tap while brushing our teeth. Choosing a shower over a bath saves another 50-60 litres. One cycle of a full dishwasher means about 10 litres instead of 40... These are the facts; however, Deante has decided to go a step further by introducing yet simple but effective solutions that make daily water saving easier.

These include aerators that limit the flow of water, start/stop aerators that turn off the water with a single touch, flow reducers, cartridges equipped with a two-stage handle-opening function that can reduce the flow of water to less than five litres per minute (which is three times less than the standard for the lowest flow class). Water usage can also be reduced by installing sensor or self-closing push taps in the bathroom. In the kitchen, we recommend applying kitchen taps with a direct connection to a water filter, so you'll never have to buy water in a plastic bottle again...

Natural raw materials, environmentally friendly packaging, limiting the use of plastic, and helping to reduce water consumption are all part of PROECO philosophy. We are convinced that our efforts in this area are not insignificant to you. As we are aware of our responsibility, we are going to keep on searching for solutions that are the least invasive for the Earth which is our common good.
