Research and Development Laboratory

All Deante products undergo a three-stage quality control process. The first takes place in the factory, not only at every stage of production but also immediately after completion. The second occurs in the Deante Quality Control Department just before the products are shipped to stores worldwide. The third stage is the verification of selected technical parameters of the products in the modern Deante laboratory in the Research and Development Department.

Each collection undergoes a series of tests in the technologically advanced Deante laboratory. Here, the quality of materials, accuracy of workmanship, and product durability are confirmed.

Production

Deante has been developing the production of modern and innovative products for years. Thanks to our production, we have complete control over the manufacturing process of Deante brand products. We use technologically advanced robots and machines. Everything is carried out in accordance with strict procedures and rigorous standards.

An important place in the production process is occupied by the Research and Development Department. Here, we test semi-finished products, components, and finished prototypes for composition, durability, resistance to external factors, and also for user-friendliness.

Out of a sense of responsibility for the protection of Earth's natural resources and in response to the economic needs of our Clients, the Deante PROECO philosophy was born. We want our products to be friendly to both users and the environment. Therefore, we use natural raw materials and durable, long-lasting materials in production, which can even be repainted after many years of use, giving them a second life in a new color scheme.

Natural raw materials, environmentally friendly packaging, reducing the use of plastic, and helping to reduce water consumption are elements of the PROECO philosophy. Being aware of the responsibility we bear, we continuously seek solutions that are as minimally invasive to the Earth as possible, which is our common good.

ECO packaging

The packaging standard we have introduced aims to minimize the use of plastic and its derivatives in the filling and reinforcing elements inside. The reinforced structure of the boxes ensures safe delivery to the recipient.

Natural materials

One of our ideas for using pro-ecological solutions is to utilize raw materials provided by nature. Ideal examples include granite and ceramic products, as well as ecological and biodegradable cleaning agents.

Less Waste Idea

We strive to implement eco-friendly solutions already at the design stage. We select product dimensions and materials to minimize production waste. Our portfolio also includes products that facilitate everyday waste segregation.

Water savings

Products marked with the ProEco label are characterized by particularly low water consumption while guaranteeing maximum efficiency and comfort of use. Among them are aerators and reducers that limit water flow, faucets with ECO-click heads, as well as kitchen faucets with direct filter connections, so you'll never buy bottled water again! Selected models also have the option for mechanical flow and temperature limitation.
