Deante Sp. z o.o., ul. Twarda 11/13, 95-100 Zgierz, Poland ("Deante") developed the website https://deante.pl ('Website') and is the administrator of personal data processed therein in accordance with the European regulation on the protection of personal data of April 27, 2016 (GDPR). In the website you can find more information about "Deante", products, services and news.

Why does Deante company need personal data?

When contacting via the form, the data is processed in order to later answer the question (pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the GDPR).

When registering in the "distributor service" ("Distributor Service"), the data is processed to verify the correctness of registration. Subsequently, the data is processed in order to enable monitoring and improvement of the services provided by the company via the Website (pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

Type of data processed

When contacted via an online form or e-mail, "Deante" processes the data required to respond, such us name and surname, e-mail, company name, type of question (according to the form) and the content of request or return form.

It is also possible to submit a complaint via the complaint form available at https://reklamacja.deante.pl/. A properly submitted complaint should contain at least:

  • Customer's name, surname, address, email address, contact number,
  • the date of conclusion of the sales contract containing the complained goods
  • order number
  • invoice number
  • subject of the complain, indicating the Customer's request
  • complaint justification

If the data or information provided in the complaint need to be supplemented, before considering the complaint, Deante may ask the complainant to supplement it in the indicated scope.

The Deante website has links to other websites for the content of which it is not responsible. Data processing on these websites is not the subject of this Statement. Deante encourages you to read its privacy policy after going to another website.

Access to the data processed

Access to the processed and collected data is provided by the "Deante" company and hosting company ("Service Provider") - Home.pl Sp. J.

We store the collected personal data within the European Economic Area (EEA), but they may also be transferred to a country outside this area and processed there. Each operation of transferring personal data is performed in accordance with applicable law. If data is transferred outside the EEA, we use Standard Contractual Clauses and the Privacy Shield as safeguards for countries for which the European Commission has not determined an adequate level of data protection.

"Deante" does not take responsibility for the confidentiality of the data processed before it reaches the servers of the service provider.

"Deante" can share the data to certain authorized agencies (Police, Court of Justice).

On the Website, we organize competitions in which it is required to provide full contact details (such as name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address). We use contact information from people participating in our competitions to send users information about "Deante" and offers. Contact information from competition participants is also used to contact them when necessary (e.g. to deliver a prize) – Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR Participants in competitions may opt out of receiving e-mails with offers from us by using the link in the footer of the messages sent by Deante.

Direct marketing

"Deante" may use data for direct marketing. It is possible to opt out of receiving information by sending an e-mail to marketing@deante.pl with the title "Unsubscribe".

You have the right to delete your personal data processed by us at any time.

You have the right to object to the processing of your data to the extent that we process your data based on our legitimate interest. We will stop processing your data, unless we will be able to find, according to the law, justification of that process, which cancel your business or law; or because of legal sue.

You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data under the following conditions:

  • if you do not agree on data processing based on our legitimate interest then we will limit the data processing after the verification if there is such a legitimate interest;
  • if you report that your personal data is incorrect, then we will limit any data processing until its correctness is verified;
  • if we no longer need your personal data, but they are required to submit or dismiss a claim.

If you believe that we process your data in violation of the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (UODO successor to GIODO).
